Speaker Bios:

Panelist 1, Adriana Ico

Adriana Ico has been at Arcelormittal for over twenty years where she began
her career as a HR Strategy and Planning Specialist.  Adriana is now General
Manager of HR and has a passion for digitalization of HR processes,
improving the employee experience and driving diversity and inclusion.

Panelist 2, Erin Simon

Erin Simon is the Director of Human Resources for Carmen’s Group, leading a 3 person human resources team.  Carmen’s Group is a Hamilton founded hospitality organization composed of 350 part time and full time team members spanning across 5 properties within the City. Centralized in the head office downtown, Erin has been part of building the Human Resources department from scratch over the past 3 years.

Panelist 3, Vivek Narola

Vivek Narola is the President of Proforma Battlefield Advertising, a 30+ year marketing services firm that helps companies build brand loyalty, engage with their audience and market their products and services effectively by utilizing branded merchandise, print collateral, and signage with a strong focus on project management, logistics and fulfillment.

An entrepreneur at heart, Vivek previously has worked with a successful start-up technology company and owned multiple hair salons in the Chicago market. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago.
