	am.  Carmen’s Group is a Hamilton founded hospitality organization comp
	osed of 350 part time and full time team members spanning across 5 propert
	ies within the City. Centralized in the head office downtown\, Erin has be
	en part of building the Human Resources department from scratch over the p
	ast 3 years. Panelist 3\, Vivek Narola Vivek Narola is the President of Pr
	oforma Battlefield Advertising\, a 30+ year marketing services firm that h
	elps companies build brand loyalty\, engage with their audience and market
	 their products and services effectively by utilizing branded merchandise\
	, print collateral\, and signage with a strong focus on project management
	\, logistics and fulfillment. An entrepreneur at heart\, Vivek previously
