We hear about the challenges many of our members face when trying to find skilled trades workers.

Workforce Planning Hamilton (WPH) and the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU) is seeking input from our members about the experiences you have had with finding workers and consult with employers to understand how the system can be improved.

The Chamber and WPH is hosting a focus group to discuss these matters and advocate for improvements to the status quo.
