Eliad Holdings is a diversified investment company formed in 2011. It’s founder and CEO is David McCulloch, a former CEO of both public and private companies. Eliad has invested in start-ups but its major investment was co-ownership of a UK national distribution and service company, HTG Trading, which it held for 9 years before participating in a management buyout.
Eliad is seeking acquisitions of established companies in the circa of $2-3 million in revenue.
