Located just east of the Redhill area, Ward 5 is an urban ward situated in the lower city below the Niagara Escarpment (often referred to as the Mountain). Bordered by the Escarpment to the south, the Red Hill Valley/Expressway to the west and the waters of Lake Ontario and Hamilton Harbour to the north.
