Also known as the East Hamilton area, Ward 4 is an urban ward situated in the lower city below the Niagara Escarpment (often referred to as the Mountain). Bordered by the Escarpment and King’s Forest Golf Course to the south, Hamilton Harbour to the north, Ottawa Street to the west and the Red Hill Valley/Expressway to the east.
