Women Out of Work: Rebuilding Hospitality & Culture in Hamilton Event

While many female-dominated sectors have been disproportionately impacted by the pandemic, women working within Hamilton’s hospitality sector have reported the highest degree of negative job impacts. This event will look to share the findings of the Women Out of Work study, and further a conversation about the opportunities that exist to help support the sector, and the women within it, as it recovers from COVID-19.

Moderator:

Julie Sutton-Yardley, Director of Sales, TownePlace Suites by Marriott

Panelists:

  • Lisa La Rocca, Director of Operations, Sonic Unyon Records
  • Debbie Spence, Business Development Consultant, Creative Industries, Hamilton Economic Development
  • Andreana Hudson, VP Sales, The Other Bird
  • Laurie Ham – Manager, Conference & Event Services, McMaster University Housing & Conference Services

Please note, you do not need to be a member of the Hamilton Chamber to attend this event.
