The Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the YWCA Hamilton, invites you to the Women in Leadership Luncheon — a platform to empower, inspire, and connect women leaders across our community.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Under the theme Women and the Future of Work, this year’s luncheon features keynote speaker Jenn Harper, award-winning social entrepreneur and Founder & CEO of Cheekbone Beauty.

An Anishinaabe entrepreneur and advocate for sustainable innovation, Jenn has built one of Canada’s most recognized purpose-driven brands, with Cheekbone Beauty now available in more than 50 Sephora locations across Canada and 600 JCPenney stores across the United States. Named Chatelaine’s Woman of the Year, recognized on Canadian Business’s New Innovators List, and included in Entrepreneur Magazine’s 100 Women of Influence, Jenn will share insights on leadership, resilience, purpose-driven growth, and creating opportunities for future generations in an evolving world of work.

INDUSTRY LEADERS PANEL

Following the keynote, a panel of industry leaders will explore the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of work, including leadership, inclusion, innovation, and workforce transformation.

Be inspired by powerful stories, valuable insights, and meaningful networking at an event that celebrates, connects, and empowers female leadership in business.
