	for Transportation and Logistics (MITL)\, the City of Hamilton and the Ham
	ilton Chamber of Commerce will host a breakfast seminar to launch MITL's m
	ost recent research study:  "Shaping Hamilton with Complete Streets" This
	 seminar will give a thorough overview of MITL's most recent research on c
	omplete streets.  An in-depth literature review about complete streets re
	veals a nuanced topic that touches on many fields.   Having examined wha
	t complete streets are really about\, how they are affected by urban conte
	xt\, and what has changed to have them become more prominent\, we consider
