Title : Getting and Keeping the Cootes Watershed Clean

A group of community volunteers has been working hard over the past 3 years to clean a legacy of litter and debris from the creeks leading into Cootes Paradise Nature Sanctuary. To date this group has held 139 separate clean ups and removed a total of 208,000 lbs of garbage from our local environment.

Last meeting until September.  Have a great summer!
