	lented Indigenous\, Black\, and racialized candidates with nonprofit\, cha
	ritable\, and public board opportunities. BoardShift also equips boards wi
	th the tools and resources they need to embrace inclusive governance pract

	 diversity on volunteer sector boards and shares more about CivicAction’
