Just to let Peter and Thomas know what a great job they did rescuing Polly!
They showed empathy, politeness and excitement while searching for the kitty stuck in the duct work. And they have extensive knowledge of their equipment. They are the best!

Coleman® comfort is yours all summer long with our split system air conditioner design. This design has two parts: an indoor unit, such as a furnace or air handler, and an outdoor unit. The outdoor unit works by cooling a refrigerant, which in turn cools air in the indoor unit for circulation through your home. Indoor and outdoor units are designed to work together. When the air conditioner is properly matched with a furnace or air handler, you get maximum efficiency and longer system life.
The Coleman® 5T system has been awarded “Best Buy” recognition from Consumers Digest Magazine – your assurance of getting a quality product at an exceptional value.
The Goodman® brand has a central air conditioning system that is perfect for your home — at a refreshingly affordable price. Even on the hottest days of the year, you can keep your home cool and comfortable while enjoying low energy costs with a high-efficiency Goodman® brand air conditioner. Don’t choose between affordability, durability, and optimum cooling comfort. Install a Goodman® brand air conditioner and get all three — and what we believe to be the best warranty protection in the heating and cooling industry. As you review the various Goodman® brand air conditioners, remember that higher SEER numbers reflect the most energy-efficient systems.

Here's what makes it work:
Furnace design has advanced in recent years to be far safer and more efficient than older designs. This is the result of improvements in the burner, the ignition, and the blower motor. Furnace heating efficiency is measured by an Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) percentage. A higher AFUE percentage indicates a more efficient furnace.
The Echelon™ 9.C is the highest rated gas furnace in the industry (up to 98% AFUE). The EnergyGuide label outlines the energy use and efficiency of major home appliances. With its industry leading efficiency, the Echelon™ 9.C EnergyGuide rating exceeds government standards - insuring exceptional quality and low energy use.

Goodman brand gas furnaces deliver warm, money-saving indoor comfort year after year. Variable and multi-speed furnaces can provide enhanced indoor comfort by slowly ramping-up to your thermostat setting rather that simply turning-on at full speed. This alleviates the ‘cold air blow’ often associated with single speed furnaces. Choose from a full line of Goodman brand gas furnaces that many agree offer the best warranty protection in the heating and cooling industry. To find a gas furnace that delivers maximum energy-efficiency savings, select a unit with the highest AFUE rating.
Cozy Wall Furnaces:
Cozy offers the answer to your remodeling or new construction heating needs, with the Counterflow Wall Furnace series. Cozy Counterflows combine contemporary styling and forced air efficiency. A powerful, thermostatically controlled blower pulls cold air into the upper grill and delivers warm air at the floor level where it’s needed most.
Counterflow action provides uniform room tmperatures and economic operation. Optional side or rear outlet kits are available to further disperse heat into adjacent rooms.
Cozy Counterflows feature an attractive neutral bone, baked enamel finish, and casing of textured steel that enhances any room setting. Counterflow Wall Furnaces vent straight up and can be mounted on inside or outside walls. Direct Vent Counterflow Furnaces are also available.
