In 1924 John E. Shipton opened Shiptons's heating and Cooling. The original shop was located in a three car garage in the North end of Hamilton. After a few years had passed, Shipton's moved to Kenilworth Street where it has been located for over 65 years. Shipton's Heating and Cooling is currently owned and operated by Dave and Tim Shipton who are the grandsons of John E. Shipton. The company has developed a reputation of providing consistent quality in both service and product lines. Shipton's has kept generations of loyal customers and continues to attract new ones with each passing day.
We take great pride in the people we employ. All of our installers and service technicians are fully licensed. They also remain committed to upgrading their skills along the way. Some of our employees have been with the company for more than 15 years and others have retired after providing 30 years of quality service. Our motto has always been that "This is a family business. Everyone who works here is family."
We offer a wide range of furnace and air conditioner product lines such as Coleman, Goodman. We also have an Indoor Air Quality division of Shipton's called CleanAir Solutions. Offering many products including H.R.V.'s, Humidifiers, HEPA filters, Duct Cleanings, and Mattress Cleanings.
We dedicate ourselves to providing our customers with dependable and quality service. We charge a flat rate diagnostic fee to identify the problem. After a thorough testing of your system, your Shipton’s Service Technician will explain his diagnosis and your repair options.
